The JD Clark Companies' History

J.D. Clark Professional Services (JDCPS) was formed and headquartered in Prince George's County, Maryland.  Serving the Secondary Mortgage Industry by providing Property Preservation, Maintenance, and Improvements.  We started in one Maryland County and grew to serving ten Maryland counties.

JDCPS expands into the District of Columbia.  Dais Properties was formed to manage the market rate and housing choice rental that were acquired.  Registered as a Section 3 Business Entity Concern with U.S. Housing and Urban Development.

JDCPS began providing General Contractor services to local county, Housing Agencies, non-profits, and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO).  Began supporting County Agencies in Snow and Ice Control Services to two counties, federal government, and local school system.  

Partnered with Prince George's County's Kentland and Palmer Targeted Neighborhood Initiative (TNI) to provide Facade Improvements for fifty (50) homeowners.  Added Commercial and Industrial General Contractor Services.

Graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program - Baltimore at Johns Hopkins.  Opened second location in Baltimore City.

J.D. Clark Consulting was launched to provide additional Business Advisory Services, Coaching and Training to emerging trade businesses, small businesses, and leaders.

J.D. Clark Real Estate (JDCRE) was launched to provide Real Estate Development Services focusing on the Baltimore Market.

Acquired vacant blighted Balitmore property in the Upton neighborhood.  Identified and partnered with local architects and tradespersons.

Partnered with One House At a Time to acquire additional vacant blighted Balitmore properties in West Baltimore
